Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of:

Standard Delivery:

Orders under £25: £3.50

Orders from £25 to £50: £4.50

Orders over £50: Free

Books are posted within 3 working days, and sent via the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Delivery takes approximately 1-2 working days.

Express Delivery is available at a cost of £9, and is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.

Contact me if you are local to West Somerset and would like to collect your books in person.

International delivery

I can post my books to you internationally. Please get in touch to find out the shipping fee. Please note that for orders placed outside of the UK, the customer is responsible for any additional taxes and import duty.

RETURNS

Please read the descriptions carefully. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return. Books must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition and packaged carefully. Once these have been received a replacement or refund can be made. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty) and you will need to cover the cost of return postage.
